  TERMS OF USE | PRIVACY | FAQ ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE 

 These Terms of Use govern your use of the SI PAINT PARTY service, including all features and our website and user experience, and all content associated therewith (the “SIPAINTPARTY.COM  service” or “service”). 

By using, visiting, or browsing the SIPAINTPARTY.COM service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the SIPAINTPARTY.COM service, including our website. These Terms of Use govern your use of the SIPAINTPARTY.COM service and you should read them carefully. 

  HOW THE SIPAINTPARTY.COM SERVICE WORKS  SIPAINTPARTY.COM is a guest entertainment service providing it's customers with an evening of creative instruction at local eating and drinking establishments or private residences. SIPAINTPARTY.COM workshops are developed by, and for, SIPAINTPARTY.COM. You may not copy or reproduce the instruction or any portion thereof without expressed authorization. SHARING: We provide entertainment and we reserve the right to display and promote the filmed or photographed entertainment through our service, including our website and user interfaces, such as Facebook. BILLING: By purchasing a SIPAINTPARTY.COM ticket, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you at the then current rate. Please note that prices and charges are subject to change without notice. You acknowledge that the amount billed for each event may vary from event to event for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts. 

 ​ PRIVACY | We at SIPAINTPARTY.COM value our customer's privacy and will not share your email address or any personal information with anyone outside of our organization. We use a secure credit card payment system for your (and our) security. With your permission, we will send you emails about special events and up coming special events you might be interested in. If you no longer want to receive our promotional announcements, simply email and ask to be removed from future correspondence.  

 REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS | We’re so excited that you’re joining us for a paint party! Soon you’ll experience the magic that abounds when love, creativity, and a little wine combine. Of course, the unexpected may happen, so if, for any reason, you can’t make it to an event, fret not! Just give us a call, and we'll either transfer your event enrollment to a different event date or refund your ticket purchase, depending on the following scenarios:    

 * PUBLIC EVENTS: 1.) If your seats were purchased directly through SIPAINTPARTY.COM and you wish to cancel your reservation(s), at least 48 hours before an event, you may choose either to receive a full refund or to transfer your event enrollment to another available event date. 2.) Should you wish to cancel your seat reservation(s) in less than 24 hours of an event, you may transfer your seat enrollment to another available event date; however, a full refund is not available. 3.) You may cancel and reschedule the same event enrollment up to three times; no refund or enrollment transfer will be offered after the third cancellation. 4.) No Call/No Show Policy* If you (or a member of your party) do not show up to a scheduled event, your seats will be forfeited without possibility of rescheduling 5) In the event that SIPAINTPARTY.COM should cancel an event for any reason, you may choose either to receive a full refund or to transfer your event enrollment to another available event date. 6.) If your seats were purchased outside of SIPAINTPARTY.COM (e.g., Groupon or LivingSocial) and you wish to receive a refund, please contact your ticket provider for your refund needs. SIPAINTPARTY.COM is not responsible for policies and procedures enforced by your outside ticket provider (including voucher expiration dates). *Rescheduling Fee: All rescheduling requests made in less than 24 hours of an event will be subject to a $5.00 (per seat) rescheduling fee.   

* PRIVATE EVENTS: 1.) Our required deposit is equal to the first 4 tickets and is 100% refundable or transferable should you need to cancel or postpone for any reason [see complete rules for cancellations below] 2.) Final Payment: A final headcount of your attendees along with full payment will be due on the day before your scheduled event. Additional supplies (typically enough for 3 to 5 attendees) are usually packed but we cannot guarantee seating for those joining last-minute. Payment for anyone joining on the day of event will be due no later than (3) three hours prior to your scheduled event. If final payment is not received for your scheduled event, SIPAINTPARTY.COM reserves the right to consider your event subject for cancellation. Cancellation*: All cancellations by your party must be received in writing. In the event of a cancellation email your event coordinator at Event@SIPAINTPARTY.COM. Private event cancellations received at least (24) twenty-four hours prior to your scheduled event will be eligible for a refund. However, cancellations received within less than (24) twenty-four hours of a scheduled event (this includes "no shows") will forfeit the entire deposit amount and 50% of final balance (up to the minimum number of attendees required [currently this is 10 attendees]*). Forfeited deposits may not be used at a later date towards another event. Please keep in mind that if your party is taking place outdoors SIPAINTPARTY.COM is not responsible for surveying weather conditions. Minimums*: All of our private party promotions have a minimum number of attendees that need to be met. Host is solely responsible for any additional amount(s) should the final headcount fall under the required minimum number.

 FAQMay we bring our own food and/or alcohol to the party? - If you are joining a public party held at one of our partnered venues, all food and alcohol will be sold on site. Please do not bring any outside food or beverage. However, if you are joining one of our private parties held in a home or office—bring it on! ​

 Do I have to pre-register for an event? - Yes, please pre-register to confirm your seats. 24-hour advance notice required (subject to availability). Walk-ins will not be guaranteed seating.   

Is there assigned seating at the event? - No, it is first come first serve. If you are attending a party with a large group and plan to sit together, you may want to arrive a little early to snag your seats!  

 Do I need to have any artistic skill to participate in a paint party? - Not at all! In fact, the less artistic you are, the more you will learn! If you are already a natural Michelangelo, well then you will feel right at home relaxing in a fun, creative environment. Either way, our Paint Party Pros will guide you step by step through crafting a beautiful masterpiece. ​ Is there an age limit for joining a party? - Because some of our events involve the consumption of alcoholic beverages, SIPAINTPARTY.COM events are occasionally limited to guests who are 21 years of age or older. Please inquire ahead of time if this is a concern for you or a member of your party. ​
